Sleeping is very important for our body. Without enough
sleep we can't function as we need to and our metabolism

for 7 hours at least each and every night.
- Don't skip meals - You

Make sure not to skip any of them. Some people try to avoid
eating which may make you enter the starvation

disrupt your weight loss efforts. Eat all of your
meals.
- Exercising - You can
workout while on the diet. You don't have to do any

- Remain commited - Be sure
